As my career evolves I am always finding new things to learn and explore. I hope you enjoy finding out what will soon be available to you as clients. I like to seek out the most beneficial techniques and remedies to support the body so that I can continue to help many families in my community.
Herbal Remedies Study
Through self-study courses, online workshops and in-person classes I am becoming closer to being comfortable with the Herbalist title. There is so much to learn and I feel like I've only just begun. There are many courses out there but I am focusing on those that are Christian based which is important to me. I am enjoying learning more every day and trying new things with teas, tinctures, and poultice mixtures. I can't wait to tell you more.
Bodywork Intensives
I am learning more about Manual Lymphatic Drainage within the body and specific courses for the face. Another course I'm working in is learning beneficial Fascia Maneuvers, and I am getting ready to attend a workshop specific to pelvic floor work as well. So many new and renewed subjects to master.
